Please read this copy of our Health Guarantee and let us know if you have any questions or concerns. All puppies purchased from KS Ranch Heelers come with this Health Guarantee, shot/worming records and birth certificate.

KS Ranch Heelers New Puppy Letter & Health Guarantee

Congratulations on your new puppy! I hope he/she brings you lots of fun and love!

You will find included in your information a shot and worming record. Your puppy will need 2 more 5 in 1 shots at 4 and 6 week intervals from the date of its first shot. Please follow the recommendations of your vet in continuing their vaccination program. Your puppy was also wormed with Pyrantel Pamoate (hookworms and roundworms) every two weeks starting at 4 weeks old and with Praziquantel (tapeworms) at 8weeks old( if they are here that long.) Please continue to worm regularly. Your puppy had a flea bath the day before it was shipped to you(or the morning of the day you picked them up), and should be free of fleas. However, our animals do not live in kennels or cages and are exposed to fleas. Due to puppies’ young age and nursing mothers, we are unable to use chemicals on them, so you may want to give it another flea bath.

KS Ranch Heelers guarantees to the best of our knowledge that this puppy/dog is in good health. When you receive your puppy we request you take it to your veterinarian for a health check up within 5 business days of receiving it, and you must be able to provide veterinary documentation of your puppy’s shot and worming record. If your puppy has not been kept on a consistent worming schedule or had the above mentioned remaining puppy vaccinations or any of the above has not been fulfilled, the guarantee is void. Changing ownership of your puppy also voids the guarantee. I strongly encourage you to spay/neuter your puppy. When you purchase a puppy from KS Ranch, we expect that you are committing yourself to the dog’s proper care for its entire life. If for any reason you can no longer keep one of our dogs, we are always willing to take them back at buyer’s expense. There is no excuse to surrender a dog to a pound/shelter/rescue organization.

I work very hard to sell healthy, happy, well socialized, pet and working quality puppies and give a one year guarantee on the purchase price of your puppy (from their date of birth) against terminal genetic disorders. If a terminal genetic disorder is diagnosed, the purchase price of the puppy will be refunded (excluding shipping if applicable) OR buyer receives credit of purchase price towards another puppy (excluding shipping if applicable). To fulfill the guarantee I must have documentation verifying the terminal genetic disorder from 2 licensed veterinarians of different practices. If they agree, I will happily refund the purchase price or give you credit toward another puppy. After purchase, KS Ranch Heelers assumes no responsibility for expenses of any kind. All Shipping Costs are Buyer’s Responsibility. No refunds on shipping, veterinary costs or expenses for any reason. The guarantee does NOT include: coronaries, hernias, skin allergies, over bites, parasites (internal and external), coccidia , giardia, demodesis, hypoglycemia, contagious diseases, heat or stress related conditions, abuse, neglect, injuries, improper diet or any other condition preventable by the buyer. KS Ranch Heelers does not guarantee size or color at maturity, fertility, or ability to place in show. Pups are guaranteed to work stock to the best of one’s ability to teach them. Pups are sold as working and pet quality only.

This information is available on our website (www.ksranchheelers.com) for any person to read or question before the purchase of a puppy. Paying for your puppy constitutes your agreement of this contract.
